05

How your teams handled patient calls.

The phone system recorded 255 inbound calls across both clinics in July and August: 184 connected and 71 unanswered. An unanswered call is an opportunity to check whether someone still needs help; it does not necessarily represent a different patient.

Answer rates are improving

July’s answer rate was 68.8%; August improved to 77.2%.

Where calls come from

Treeby’s calls mostly arrive on the Google listing line; Harrisdale’s mostly through the Google Ads line.

New callers

An estimated 139 first-time callers contacted the clinics across the two months.

A simple target

A shared callback list for unanswered calls — 48 in July and 23 in August — can help the teams respond while the enquiry is still fresh.

Call records are reconstructed from your phone system’s conversation history . Times are Australia/Perth.

06

How your marketing supported discovery and enquiry.

Google and Facebook/Instagram advertising investment totalled $15,927 across July and August ($13,514 Google Ads; $2,413 social ads). The website analytics summary recorded 6,734 visits, compared with 2,467 in the same period last year.

A current Google Maps snapshot — 29 September 2026.

This later check shows both clinics appearing prominently for local searches and holding strong review ratings. It provides current context, rather than a July–August ranking result.

Both clinics are visible

Harrisdale also appears in Treeby-area searches (rank #4), so the two listings support each other.

Fresh reviews are the lever

Harrisdale’s 295 reviews at 4.8 stars give prospective patients helpful reassurance. Continue inviting genuine feedback from patients at both clinics.

Rebrand reflected

Google now shows the Harrisdale clinic as “Prestige smiles Harrisdale (formerly Harrisdale Dental Centre)” — the rebrand is live, with the familiar name retained.

Bookings flow through

Both listings connect to online booking (HealthEngine), keeping the path from search to appointment short.

Google Maps positions were checked on 29 September 2026. Call figures elsewhere in this report come from the phone system.

08

Encouraging progress, with practical opportunities to support the next step.

The next steps focus on making it easier for patients to reach the right clinic and for both teams to see what happened after each enquiry.

1
Turn enquiries into booked visits.
Our recommended approach: Agree a callback list for open enquiries and unanswered calls, then keep each enquiry’s stage up to date. Why it matters: 135 enquiries were recorded, 44 were marked at a booked stage or beyond, and 71 calls went unanswered. A stage alone does not confirm attendance.
Aim →A clearer follow-up list and a consistent response routine.
2
Keep the answer-rate improvement going.
Our recommended approach: Build on August’s 77.2% answer rate with a shared response plan for busy periods and after-hours calls. Why it matters: the rate improved from 68.8% in July, giving more callers a chance to speak with the team.
Aim →Hold August’s answer rate and lift it through the busy periods.
3
Defend and grow your Google presence.
Our recommended approach: Keep both clinic listings accurate and invite genuine patient reviews. Why it matters: the September Google Maps check found both clinics prominently visible in their suburbs.
Aim →Fresh reviews each month for both clinics.
4
Give Harrisdale its own consistent spotlight.
Our recommended approach: Continue Harrisdale-specific content and its dedicated landing page, while checking ad button styling. Why it matters: the page received substantial paid traffic, and clear paths to contact each clinic help patients choose the right location.
Aim →Steady Harrisdale-specific content and cleaner ad setup.
🌿The Big PictureBoth Clinics
Strong foundations across both clinics.
Across July and August, the clinics recorded 353 new patients, 6,734 website visits and 11 reels in the creative library. July’s patient result was strong; August points to the value of clear follow-up and booking records.
